Greg Simone

Chief Financial Officer

Greg Simone is Binary Group's Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, he leads all functions related to finance and accounting, contracts, human resources and office management, while also building the systems and capacities required to support anticipated growth.

An accomplished financial manager, Mr. Simone's expertise lies in all aspects of contract management and government cost accounting, including the execution of contract agreements, oversight of contract expenditures, and the delivery of contract project and budget reports. With more than 25 years of financial management and government contracting experience, he has been actively engaged in the quality control of all project tasks and deliverables and oversees all major aspects of contracts in totality, including project start-up, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. Mr. Simone provides strategic and creative guidance and assistance for all projects and ensures that resources are allocated to achieve optimal results.

Mr. Simone ensures effective financial leadership for Binary to grow value responsibly, in a profitable and sustainable manner, and sets the tone for management to foster ethical and responsible decision-making, appropriate management, and best-in-class corporate governance practices.

Prior to joining Binary, Mr. Simone served as Vice President for CYF Group, Educational Services, Inc, where he oversaw all work in the firm's Children, Youth & Families group—ensuring quality, creativity, and accountability. Additionally, he served as corporate monitor or project director on all projects in that portfolio. For sixteen years, Mr. Simone was Principal/Chief Financial Officer at United Information Systems, Inc. (UIS), until the company was acquired by the Constella Group. Mr. Simone held a number of financial positions with increasing responsibility with various companies prior to UIS.

Mr. Simone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from George Washington University School of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
