Systems Engineer

Key Role:

Define, design, and develop system requirements and complex system specifications, input and output processes, and working parameters for hardware and software compatibility. Access architecture and current hardware limitations and coordinate the design of subsystems and integration of total system. Analyze and resolve difficult and complicated program support deficiencies. Conduct independent technical investigations in systems design. Provide work leadership to junior employees.

This person will be the liaison between their department other departments and stake holders.

Skills/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with working as a systems engineer
-Knowledge of the project life cycle and acquisition process
-Ability to perform requirements analysis, definition and requirements documentation
-Must have experience in XML

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of information risk management principles
-Knowledge of information systems integration principles
-Knowledge of information security principles
-Knowledge of the information phases of the project cycle, including research and development and operations and different project cycle theories and practices, including cyclic development, incremental development, and rapid prototyping
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills for technical writing and oral presentations
-Possession of excellent interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills
-Any Biometric Experience is a Plus
4 year Degree required

Clearance:
Secret Clearance required must be clearable up to TS
